Usage and precautions:
Due to the different nature of raw water, it is necessary to conduct on-site commissioning or beaker test according to different conditions, so as to obtain the best use conditions and the best dosage to achieve the best treatment effect.
1. Before use, put the product into the alum dissolving tank according to a certain concentration (5-30%), inject tap water, stir to make it dissolve fully, stand till it is reddish brown liquid, then dilute it with water to the required concentration, and add coagulation.
2. According to the nature of raw water, the dosage can be determined by production debugging or beaker experiment, depending on the proper amount of alum formation. Other dosage used in water plant can be used as reference. Under the same conditions, the dosage of this product is about the same as that of solid polyaluminum chloride, which is 1 / 3-1 / 4 of that of solid aluminum sulfate. If the original product is liquid, it can be calculated according to the concentration of the corresponding reagent. It's about 1:3 by weight.
3. When in use, the prepared medicine liquid is pumped into the metering tank, and the medicine liquid is added through metering to coagulate with raw water.
4. Under normal circumstances, it is prepared and used on the same day. Tap water is needed for dispensing, and a little sediment is normal.
5. Pay attention to the hydraulic conditions and alum formation in the three stages of coagulation process.
Coagulation stage: it is a process in which the medicine liquid is injected into the coagulation tank and the raw water is quickly coagulated to form micro alum in a very short time. At this time, the water body becomes more turbid, which requires the water flow to produce intense turbulence. In the beaker experiment, it is better to stir rapidly (250-300 RPM) for 10-30s, generally not more than 2min.
Flocculation stage: it is the process of alum growing and coarsening, which requires appropriate turbulence degree and sufficient residence time (10-15min). In the later stage, a large amount of alum can be observed to gather and sink slowly, forming a clear surface layer. In the beaker experiment, the mixture was stirred at 150 rpm for about 6 minutes, and then stirred at 60 rpm for about 4 minutes until it was suspended.
Sedimentation stage: it is the flocculation sedimentation process in the sedimentation tank, which requires slow water flow. In order to improve the efficiency, inclined tube (plate) sedimentation tank is generally used (air flotation is the best method to separate the flocculation). A large number of coarse alum flowers are blocked by the inclined tube (plate) wall and deposited at the bottom of the tank. The upper water is clear water, and the remaining alum flowers with small particle size and small density are slowly falling on one side and falling on the other side It continued to collide with each other, and the turbidity remained unchanged in the later stage. In the beaker experiment, it is better to stir slowly for 5 minutes at 20-30 rpm, and then settle for 10 minutes to measure the residual turbidity.
6. Enhanced filtration is an important measure to improve water quality, which is mainly to select filter layer structure and filter aid reasonably to improve the removal rate of filter.
7. This product is used in the treatment of environmental protection and industrial wastewater. The use method is similar to that of water treatment plant. It has good effect in the treatment of raw water with high chroma, high COD and BOD, supplemented by additives.
8. For enterprises adopting chemical coagulation method, the original equipment does not need to be greatly improved, and the product can be used only by adding alum dissolving tank.
