Today, the reporter learned from the second plenary (enlarged) meeting of Hangzhou "five water co governance" leading group that among the 19 cross administrative river cross sections, 63% are of I-III water quality.

　　By the end of May, 73.45 km of black stinky river had been renovated in Hangzhou, accounting for 53.71%; 170 km of sewage pipe network had been completed for urban domestic pollution treatment; 97.51 km of new sewage pipe network had been added, accounting for 57.36%.

　　At the same time, the remediation of heavy pollution industries has also completed 1 Chemical Enterprise remediation, with a completion rate of 50%, and the remediation of printed circuit board industry in Lin'an has been upgraded to 50, with a completion rate of 83%.

　　From the perspective of water quality of cross section, from January to April 2015, among the 19 cross administrative river cross sections, there were 12 I-III water quality sections, accounting for 63%; 1 IV water quality section, accounting for 5%; 3 V water quality sections, accounting for 16%; and 3 inferior V water quality sections, accounting for 16%.

　　234 cases of illegal drainage were investigated and dealt with

　　Hangzhou stepped up the inspection of all kinds of illegal drainage activities, focusing on the investigation and punishment of prominent problems such as unauthorized relocation of drainage pipes in construction sites, destruction of river channels, and unauthorized discharge of pollutants by catering enterprises. A total of 234 cases were filed and investigated.

　　In terms of engineering, 2564 km of drainage pipe network has been cleared, exceeding the annual task of 2000 km of dredging drainage pipe network; 202 of 218 drainage projects have been started, accounting for 93%, and 111 completed, accounting for 55%.

　　To solve the problem of low-lying land left behind in the west of the city, Hangzhou has arranged 12 renovation projects, with a planned investment of no less than 50 million yuan. Now, 18.1 million yuan has been invested.

　　The standard rate of drinking water is 100%

　　Drinking water sources are related to every citizen. From January to may 2015, the standard reaching rate of drinking water sources (including counties and cities) was 92.46%, an increase of 3.54% over the same period last year. If iron and manganese do not participate in the evaluation, the standard reaching rate of drinking water is 100%.

　　There are also people's concerns about the water distribution project of Qiandao Lake. There are 16 bidding sections along the whole line. At present, 5 bidding sections are under construction, 11 bidding sections have been completed, and an investment of 483 million yuan has been completed.

　　In addition, a total of 105000 rural drinking water safety people were improved in the city. By the end of May, 56200 people had benefited.
